Low-Code Operations: A Daily Management Guide for Virtual Worlds

low-codebackend managementoperationsself-service

Introduction

After deployment, daily operations are managed via a graphical control panel, requiring no coding whatsoever.

What you can do: Drag-and-drop scene editing (add buildings, decorations, lighting); Character and NPC management (create/edit/delete); Store system (list products, set prices, manage orders); Ad space management (launch ads, set display rules); User permission management (configure admin and visitor permissions).

All operations are WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), just like using an advanced web backend, with no programming skills required at all.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between Line B and Line C? Which should I choose?

Line B is our standard product, including the program, deployment, and 3 months of after-sales service. It suits most scenarios and is a one-time cost ranging from 499 to 1500 RMB. Line C is for custom development—if you need special functions such as brand-customized UI, industry-specific modules, or third-party system integration, we will develop according to your requirements and quote based on actual workload. We recommend starting with Line B and upgrading to Line C later if you have special needs.

How long does deployment take?

Standard deployment usually takes 1-3 working days. If your server is already prepared (you have purchased a cloud server or set up a local server), the deployment itself can be completed within a few hours. For special customization needs, the timeline will be evaluated separately based on complexity.

Is there a limit on the number of concurrent online users?

The system supports dozens of concurrent online users, with real-time synchronization via WebSocket ensuring smooth performance. If higher concurrency is expected, you can expand capacity by upgrading server configurations (to 4 cores and 8GB RAM or higher) and implementing load balancing solutions. For most virtual exhibition halls, virtual campuses, and virtual community scenarios, dozens of concurrent users are sufficient for daily use.

Can payment functions be added? Can users make purchases in the virtual world?

The built-in store system supports product display and online consultation. If payment functions are needed, Line C can integrate with third-party payment APIs such as WeChat Pay and Alipay. The transaction process in the virtual world can be connected to your e-commerce system to realize the full process of browsing → consultation → ordering → payment.

What about system updates? Will there be new features in the future?

We continuously iterate the system and regularly release new features and performance optimizations. Line B includes free updates within the 3-month after-sales period. After the after-sales period, upgrade services are provided on demand. The core engines (Three.js/WebSocket/WebXR) are active open-source projects, and the underlying technology stack continues to evolve, ensuring your virtual world remains up-to-date.
