Metaverse + E-commerce: The Future of 3D Product Display

3D E-commerceVirtual ShoppingProduct DisplayNew Retail

Introduction

Pain points of traditional e-commerce: Images and videos fail to convey the true sense of volume, texture, and spatial dimension of products.

The virtual world solves this problem—customers can view products 360 degrees in a 3D space, zoom in for details, and even try them on or test them (via AR/VR).

The built-in store system supports the full process from product display → consultation → purchase.

For high-experience categories such as furniture, artworks, clothing, and jewelry, the conversion rate improvement brought by 3D virtual worlds has been verified by multiple cases.

This is not a gimmick; it is the next evolutionary direction of e-commerce.

About 创世虚拟世界CRM

创世虚拟世界CRM is a private 3D virtual world system built on Three.js+WebGL, helping enterprises quickly build their own metaverse spaces. It supports direct browser access, is compatible with both PC and mobile terminals, and offers complete functions such as multi-user online access, AI construction, federated teleportation, and store systems. Enabling every enterprise to have its own digital world—this is our mission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose Three.js instead of Unity for building virtual worlds?

Unity requires users to download a client, and many users drop off when they see the download requirement. Three.js runs directly in the browser—users can enter the virtual world with just a link, zero barriers. For enterprises and brands, every step eliminated means more users. Additionally, the Web tech stack has lower development costs and faster iteration speed. Simply put: Unity is suitable for developing AAA games, while Three.js is ideal for building virtual worlds accessible to the general public.

Is my data secure? Can you access my virtual world?

The system is deployed on your own servers, and we have no access to your data at all. After deployment, we only provide server-side installation and configuration services, and we will not leave backdoors or monitoring code on your servers. All data—user information, conversation records, transaction data—is stored encrypted on your servers. You can inspect the code and data at any time.

Can the virtual world be integrated with my existing website/system?

Line C custom development supports integration with existing systems. For example: integrate with your user system to achieve single sign-on, connect to your product database for automatic synchronized display, and link with your customer service system to enable NPCs to check service tickets. Technically, data interoperability is achieved via REST API or WebSocket.

Can I import my own 3D models?

Yes. The system supports importing 3D models in GLB/GLTF formats. If you have models created with Blender/Maya/3ds Max, you can export them in GLB format and upload them directly for use. 3D models generated by AI tools (Tripo/Hunyuan) can also be imported directly. We provide guidance on model import and optimization.

How long has this project been in development? Is it reliable?

This project is built on the mature Three.js ecosystem and has been verified through actual deployments in multiple scenarios. Core functions include multi-user online access, federated teleportation, AI NPCs, store systems, VR compatibility, etc. It is not a demo but a complete operational system. We have a live demo environment; you can experience it first before making a judgment.
